Excellent bargain. Couldn’t ask for more

Breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Freshly brewed bean coffee, sausage, (terrible eggs), bagels, oatmeal and fruit. Not grab and go as the hotel notes. Bed had a huge lump, like a hole in the mattress. Faucet and lotion holder falling off. Poor shower pressure. No carpet in the rooms. TV was broke, could only turn on and off. Lots of maintenance needs done. Like market in the hotel lobby.

Hotel was decent. The only downfall is only two restaurants nearby and they close early.

Property was neat, however, I like table chairs, and an easy chair. The staff was great and wonderful.

It’s a brand new property and it looks it. That is everything was neat and clean. The staff was wonderful both the night clerk and the head of housekeeping helped with the luggage. I have a walking problem so that was a great help.

Hotel was great! Bed was super comfy!

I love the cleanliness and design of this hotel and that there are no rugs in the rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel with my cat a few times now. Always pleasant staff, clean efficient rooms and right off the highway!!

Wonderful place to stop over in Staunton

Our stay was excellent. Rooms and common areas are clean and staff was efficent, friendly and helpful. Only con was that the shower egress was not sufficient to keep the water in. So bath floor was wet after each shower.

If you like breakfast then this might not be the best choice. I was hoping for either pancakes or waffles like most hotels have but they didn’t have either. I wish hotels could list their breakfast menu online so you’d know ahead of time. For most people that might not matter, but when you have an Autistic child who only eats specific things, then it matters. Live and learn I guess. Overall the hotel was very nice though.

Both elevators out of service over a holiday weekend. Maybe they couldnt get anyone to fix it till Tuesday after. Who knows. But its a hotel...staff was cery friendly though. Offered no assistance. Did bot inform hotel though. We just gave up and walked down from second floor. Mind you I'm handicapped with a cane. Offered no discount either. Pretty sad state of affairs all together.

The bed was very comfortable - though it smelled a bit like perfume. I would prefer fragrance-free laundry detergent. The design of the room, though small, was very well designed. It would have been nice if there was an arm chair instead of a bench seat. Pet-friendly was key!

Do not recommend staying at this property until their elevators are fixed and opperational and the housekeeping staff is trained properly.
