Shower had hair in it. The big chair had ton of stains. Customer service and bed was excellent

it was a nice stay and my complaint would not be about the room itself but the dates of stay that the staff thought i had booked. Originally i had booked a friday/saturday and thought I might try to change it to a thursday/friday. That was a big no go when I was told the price would increase by nearly three times so I said thanks but no thanks. Thought that was that but when I arrived I was told that I had booked for the thursday and friday and my price had increased. Talked to the manager and he fixed the price but I received many annoying texts telling me that my stay had been for thurs and friday. It all got fixed but it was very annoying.

we had an amazing time, the hotel was nice and staff was nice, he was able to help with food ideas, although we didnt get to eat breakfast due to we were told it didnt come with the room, it said on the website that free breakfast but nope, so we had to do something else, the room was great people around was great

Nice and clean. The bathroom was big and spacious.

The cover panel for the air conditioning until fell off and when I told the front desk worker he looked at me and said “so”. I was then told that there was no maintenance worker in staff which seemed very odd for a weekend which I would assume is the hotels busiest time. The toilet seat was also loose and got worse during our stay.

When we booked this hotel it said breakfast for one. Well that really was only a $12 credit towards breakfast- not free! We ended up paying $22 for two ppl and that was the difference after the $12 credit was given.

There was no coffee available in the morning before 6:30 am, in the lobby. I do not trust cleanliness of the room Kurig machines.

Do not stay here if you both the breakfast included on Expedia. They do not honor it. Tgey only give you up to $12 / rm EVEN if you paid $20. They are severly understaffed and you can tell there was a lot if turn over because the cook did not show up the first mornibg on a Saturday and they wete training two people. The staff were very rude and annoyed at the slightest ask. I hear someone ask for towels and they snapped at them no. Sme asked for toothpaste and anither desk person said CVS was across the street. The place is clean but the showers don't have doors or curtains like the other Coutryards do, and as a result areas are starting to rust even though it must have been updated relatively soon.
