Nice price for hotel can’t have any complaints!

Quite a long walk but still ok

1. Air Conditioning does not work properly. The room is very hot. Call customer service to change room or check on the A/C, but no one answer. 2.Window is malfunction and cannot be opened. 3. There is no housekeepers come to clean my room during my 5 days stay at this property. 4. There is no new towels provided. I have to wash the towels during my stay.

Great…concerned about ac positioning near pillows

Room was clean and organized, although tight space. Small kitchenette and second toilet were nice features. Shared laundry space on the first floor was well utilized. Check in is via I-pad, as no actual staff at the front desk. Walkable area and easy to get to local subway station.

숙소가 청결하고 생각보다 넓어 아주 만족스러워습니다

Amazing gem in Kyoto. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and very comfortable. Plenty of eating choices within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Only issue is that it is a little out of the way from Kyoto station and other more dense areas in Kyoto.

Gute Unterkunft. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit kleinen Garten und einem Bad und zwei getrennten WC. Sehr geräumig für japanische Verhältnisse. Check in hat gut funktioniert. Bei fünf Übernachtungen hätten wir eine Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel erwartet. Gab es nicht, auch die Hausschuhe waren sehr sehr einfach, Schlafanzüge gab es auch nicht. Also gutes Zimmer, aber das war es dann auch. Zum Bus in zwei Minuten, zur U-Bahn in 10 Minuten (Bus geht nur ohne großes Gepäck). Tolle Bäckerei/cafe in der Nähe.

とても綺麗で広い部屋でした。トイレも2つあって快適でしたし、部屋のWiFiが2.4Gと5Gの両方使えるのも便利でした。また利用したいと思います。
