This hotel is in a great location. It offers real town shopping close by and is a very short trip to either Santa Cruz or Monterey. We saw lots of families as we were enjoying our hot breakfast downstairs.

Great stay. The check out time could be 1 or 2 pm.

Carpets were badly stained. Breakfast was average. There are not many places nearby to get food. Way overpriced and not a good value. There are plenty of better hotels in nearby towns. We needed this hotel as a stopover on a longer driving trip, would not stay again since i didn't think it was worth the price charged.

We had an excellent stay!!!

When I booked the room I booked for 4 people capacity. 1 King sized bed and a double sofa bed. We arrived, got keys, went to the room unpacked and began to relax. Our daughter who traveled separately, arrived, bag in hand and asked, "Where's my bed?". Oh, there's a pullout sofa bed... But there wasn't. There was a chair that didn't pull out. I made a call to the front desk and got a story about them having to pull the sofa from the room to have it cleaned. Since we didn't have a fourth person, the offered roll bed was acceptable. After setting it all up, I looked around and realized there was no room for a sofa anywhere in the room. The roll away bed wasn't comfortable and wouldn't have allowed for the fourth person we had booked for. I feel like it was a bait and switch.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff at check-in. Adequate parking, clean and spacious room, lobby and dining were fantastic. Loved the coffee choices and diverse breakfast items. On the negative side- dead lot on door did not work, and missing a small piece drywall in the bathroom lower wall section near shower.

We were there for just one night. All was well for our needs!

One of the reasons i booked there was because of the indoor Pool. It was closed because the water was green very disappointing

My husband and I enjoyed this location so much! The breakfast tasted great, pets are allowed, the room was clean, Starbucks & gas station right in front, and the pool was heated! Right next to the highway so was able to get to Santa Cruz in 30 minutes. Had ordered Cassidy’s Pizza since it was the only pizza place that would deliver there and it was so good! The ONLY issue I would say about the place is that the back of the hotel is supposed to be where the pets can go walk and use the restroom, but it’s not in great condition. There was broken glass, trash, and snake holes. My dog can go anywhere to the restroom, but she did not want to get anywhere near that area so I would have to just keep walking in circles around the hotel. Overall had a blast and definitely plan to come back one day.
