Comfortable and highly recommended for families

At 20.00 on the check-in day, IHousing as the rental operator could no longer be contacted, a WA message was sent but it was still received, but there was no response. Forced to book another hotel. And until the next day there was no contact from IHousing.

Room is clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Smart TV and high speed wifi makes our days great. Facilities complete including water dispenser really useful. Just need minor wall maintenance (cracking and moldy). Appreciate if oven replaced by microwave. Overall experience was meet our expectation. Thank you for I housing.

Nice to stay here. The rooms are big and clean.

One of the toilets was clogged and we were only been informed by the time we checked in. We were quite disappointed and not used with the self service check in. The swimming pool is quite nice though and our children really enjoyed it.
