Friendly and enthusiastic staff, I booked 3 rooms but 1 room was big and the other 2 were quite small, but for the price it was ok, close to Khem beach, convenient to walk, very ok

This is a great place to stay when you come to Phu Quoc, right at Khem beach, the most beautiful beach in Phu Quoc, the hotel staff is very friendly, the owner is so wonderful 👍👍👍

The hotel is very clean, the equipment is modern. The hotel owner is very sweet. I ask for early check-in, but seeing that I have a small child, you do not have to pay extra. At first, I booked at a 4-star resort in Duong Dong town, but because I was not satisfied, I went to see the review and chose to switch to Ann hotel & spa. Honestly, I feel like Ann is better than the other in everything. Breakfast is small but still good quality. Next time will definitely come back to Ann hotel & spa ♥️

Tôi rất thích nơi này , nếu có dịp quay lại sẽ ở tiếp , đồ ăn ở đây khá là ngon tuy ít món nhưng ok , nhân viên nhiẹt tình thân thiện , khu ở gần bãi khem rất tiện cho việc đi lại nhé .

The hotel is very nice, the surrounding view is very nice, near the sea, the breakfast is very good (especially the fried rice :), there is a place to rent a car, the beach is also very beautiful. Beautiful beyond my imagination.

Best location in An Thoi area where it takes you less than 1 min to walk to Bai Khem, among top 100 beaches worldwide, and 5-10 mins by scooter to Sun World Cable Car Station which takes you to Hon Thom Island. Clean and nice room with very reasonable price. Breakfast included with many choices. You can even book lunch/dinner from the hotel. They will cook whatever you want. Scooter rental is available. If you go in short distance, should try Vinfast electricity scooter. Very smooth, very quiet. Friendly staffs and the founder is also there to welcome guests. 9/10. This hotel is new and they are still improving their operations. I hope next time I come back, it will be 10/10.

The hotel is easy to find, near Khem beach, 5 minutes walk from Khem beach, clean and cool. Good service, enthusiastic staff. In particular, the daughter of the hotel owner is very pretty. One small minus point is that the drinks take a little longer to make.
