The most comfortable place to get away from the noise of the city for a moment, which is right in the middle of Jakarta.

The AC is very noisy. The bathroom water is small. You have to wait a long time for hot water.

Highlights: The ambiance very calming. Price: With all the services and facilities we got, the price felt totally worth it. Location: The location is very strategic not too close to the main road, so it’s nice and quiet. Overall, I’d totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfy, friendly, and memorable place to stay.

The hotel is good and has a convenient room, but the air conditioner was not very good because it was not cool. Overall, it was good.

The building, location and rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. But the service and service are not recommended at all. For a hotel, they should provide good and fast service. I checked in at 23.00, the room could not be entered because the card tap machine was an error. I went back to the receptionist 3 times but I asked to change rooms but they still didn't give me any. With a very late position and tired from out of town, I was asked to wait 1 hour trying to access the room card but it still didn't work. After being disappointed, I changed rooms. Why not from the beginning, no need to wait 1 hour in the middle of the night. Please be an evaluation material for hotel management on how to provide the best service in the future. Hopefully an incident like this will not happen again.

In my opinion, check-in is a bit slow and quite large, you have to deposit 200 thousand and can only be paid either in cash or debit, you can't use a credit card. This is so last year. Then the breakfast food is not delicious, even though the price if calculated a la carte from the price of a non-breakfast room can be a difference of 100 thousand. In my opinion, this needs to be improved.
