The hotel room was uninhabitable.
1. The ceiling had many leaks.
2. The bathroom was infested with mosquitoes.
3. The room was damp, the floor sticky (apparently from a flood from the AC).
4. The walls were stained with dirt.
5. The white sheets were yellowing.
6. THE ROOM FLOODED, with the AC leaking, water flowing from the AC swing like a faucet. We asked to be moved, claiming the room was full. They finally had it vacuumed, saying it was safe and acceptable. Half an hour later, it flooded again. We asked for a check-out and a refund, but they refused, saying we had to file a complaint with Traveloka. After complaining to Traveloka, the hotel refused (we checked in at 9 PM, the incident occurred at 11 PM). They then offered to move rooms, claiming they couldn't guarantee a flood again.
We were angry. They initially said no rooms were full, but after the flooding happened again, they offered us a room, but they didn't guarantee a leak-free stay.
After checking out at 11:30 PM, the lobby security was unfriendly, unlike other hotels. It seems to be common for guests to check in and then check out not long after.
