Awesome accommodation

This property is incredible, the location can’t be beat (request a water view) and the room was very comfortable. We stayed at another property nearby earlier in our trip and although that property is supposed to be “the” place to stay, the Hyatt was honestly more comfortable and a better value. Would highly recommend this property. The only issue we encountered was that the front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly and seemed like she was being bothered by us and by others checking in. National Harbor is predominately tourism so not a great look hospitality wise.

The property is nice. The crab cakes I got from the Bar on the property, was not good. No flavor, dry and they state it comes with tarter and cocktail sauce and I was given neither. Took 30 minutes longer as well to get it, from what I was told on phone when I placed the order.

The service is impeccable!! It is the Nordstroms of hotels!! Great people and so clean and beautiful area. Very safe. Two employees that stood out as exceptional were Xavier and Kimberly. They should be teaching other hotels how to treat guests. So kind and friendly. I’ll stay here EVERY TIME I visit DC.

Loved this place so much! It’s my new go to!

The elevator is super fast. We stayed during a busy weekend and not once did we have to wait on an elevator.

We had a great stay. The location was ideal

Its a nice modern hotel situated in the water in National Harbor. Its lovely to see the water, walking paths and sun rise/sets.

I like the fact of me getting a chance to move from one hotel that sold my room, to a better hotel and better location. So I could attend Washington Draft Party. Being able to move freely back and forth from my room to Party was a great experience.

Don't like that they don't offer parking. plan on paying around $25 per day.

As always, Queen was outstanding for check-in. She got us a room with a great view and was the epitome of professionalism!
