We were told to download the travelio application, and we were told to upload our KTP, account number, date of birth, because we were afraid of a new mode of fraud, so we asked travelio to come to lobby F paramount skyline, just to pay cash, but we've been trying to wait for 1 hour, finally our patience ran out and we looked for another accommodation.
