The staff threatened me to call the police if I did not return the key for that day’s booking. The staff repeatedly said they were sold out when I could find rooms with them on Traveloka. They have a machine to purchase tickets for rooms, and when the internet booking did not receive an international confirmation SMS they gave me a single at a reduced price and asked me to move out while I was at the embassy getting a new passport. I’m trying to get surgery for shoulder impingement and displaced cervical discs and when the staff told me to forfeit my room i explained I needed to go to the hospital because my luggage is hurting my neck and shoulder. The staff said that is up to the hospital and threatened to call the police again.
