Dirty room, dirty floor, bad smell.

Shower air panas tidak berfungsi, semoga ke depan dapat menjadi perhatian.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Very disappointed with the service that is not taught good manners in pleasing guests as hotel consumers. Plus, as a hotel guest, I was reprimanded & forbidden to wipe my dirty car using water at this hotel. Even in West Java, there are hotels where employees wash the cars of hotel guests willingly. This new lifetime feels reprimanded by hotel employees because of the use of water.

No towel an asking the steward it was still on laundry.
