1. When booking a room, there was a note that early check-in was required (fees were also ok), but the result was that we had to wait until after 14:00 to receive the room without any explanation?

My husband and I flew from 2 different places to HCM, my husband checked in first, I arrived later and went to the reception desk to update the information, but the female receptionist had a very unpleasant attitude, even shaking her head and nodding without responding to the customer with words? (Before that, I called to check the booking, and the same female answered with a very impolite attitude, interrupting me even though I hadn't finished speaking, I don't know if it was the same person?)
3. The breakfast was not diverse, not delicious, even the meat smelled bad!
4. Spending nearly 3 million/room/night (suite room), I received a room with a fishy, moldy smell, the towels had mold stains, and the carpet had not been cleaned yet!
5. Conclusion, check out 1 day early because we lost sleep for 2 nights!
