Great location, close to the airport. Modern facility but not impressed with the breakfast.

1. When booking a room, there was a note that early check-in was required (fees were also ok), but the result was that we had to wait until after 14:00 to receive the room without any explanation? 2. My husband and I flew from 2 different places to HCM, my husband checked in first, I arrived later and went to the reception desk to update the information, but the female receptionist had a very unpleasant attitude, even shaking her head and nodding without responding to the customer with words? (Before that, I called to check the booking, and the same female answered with a very impolite attitude, interrupting me even though I hadn't finished speaking, I don't know if it was the same person?) 3. The breakfast was not diverse, not delicious, even the meat smelled bad! 4. Spending nearly 3 million/room/night (suite room), I received a room with a fishy, moldy smell, the towels had mold stains, and the carpet had not been cleaned yet! 5. Conclusion, check out 1 day early because we lost sleep for 2 nights!

Breakfast buffet is only worthy of 1 star. Not a variety of dishes, the food looks old and poor quality. Poor soundproofing, the room was not cleaned, people outside wore headphones without headphones, very noisy. The room is quite old, the room was not cleaned properly, and there was a lack of supplies from tissues to soap and shower gel. Overall, a bad experience. I hope the hotel will improve.

1- Very good location because it is located between the airport and the center, convenient to travel, there is a very safe shuttle parking spot 2- Overall the hotel is beautiful, clean and worthy of 5* 3- Meals: Pure Southern taste, the food is quite sweet and difficult to eat for guests from other regions who are not used to using sugar (sweetness) for dishes. The food is not delicious, not up to the level of a 5* hotel - only about 3* 4- Room: the air is quite stuffy when entering, the bed is quite small - very inappropriate for a 5* hotel 5- The bathroom in the room: really bad: every time you shower, the water floods the entire bathroom because the drain is as high as or higher than the floor level. I have stayed at some Muong Thanh Luxury hotels in other provinces and this is a traditional disease of this hotel, repeated errors - I must say this is a basic error that the project board here still lets repeat and the acceptance and operation department still happily accepts => All the suffering of the customers is borne. Small bathroom, water everywhere, no bathtub, I don't understand if it is suitable according to the criteria of a 5* hotel? 6. The swimming pool is at one level and is very bad for children under 13 years old => does not ensure safety for children... Overall, it is only about 3* and max 4* compared to many other 3* hotels, so it really needs to try harder. The only thing is that the reception hall is beautiful and worthy of 5*

I was stay here due to references of friend, actually I wish stay at other sister whom location near the Basilika Notre-Dame Saigon and I was wrong booking to this sister hotel which is far enough from center city of Saigon. When I came to this hotel, it was surprises of their gift, and surrounding area is also bit easy to reach, I was stay for two nights and found that all were good enough for us to stay, staff were helpful and hotel were clean also their breakfast which was OK. I will recommend for this hotel as choice of your stay if you were OK with location which bit far from center as this hotel worth to have it for your best stays during at Saigon. Regards, Otto.
