This hotel is strategically located in West Semarang (Jalan Hanoman Raya), close to the toll gate, making it very convenient for those arriving from out of town by land. The building and rooms are designed in a modern/industrial minimalist style, yet still feel comfortable and clean. Check-in and check-out are fast, and the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. For the price, the facilities and comfort are very good value. The parking area is also quite secure. There is a restaurant and lounge in the lobby area, comfortable for simply sitting or receiving guests. It is perfect for business purposes or a stopover during a long trip.

The hotel lobby's frontline staff were less than thorough when a guest requested a deposit. The guest had checked out, but the lobby team failed to remind them to return the deposit, even though all terms and conditions had been met. This needs further evaluation by the frontline team. Thank you.
