automatic check in from the gate to the room, when I got the card, the card was broken so I couldn't get into the room, and because it was automatic, there was no staff at the home to help fix it and made me wait a long time to call someone to fix it, I paid everything but I couldn't wait and canceled and booked another room. Waited from 10pm to 11pm but no one solved it. Homes is very bad.

There is no parking space but no prior notice or note on the app, making customers have to pay extra for parking and causing inconvenience in commuting (this behavior is equivalent to cheating customers). Bad service and facilities. The cleaning process is not good, the bed sheets and pillows are dirty and filthy, there are ants, the room is still dusty. I will never come back here.

The room is not as pictured, not clean. The staff gave a contact number but no one answered the phone, called the Zalo number but no one answered, the access card cannot enter the gate. Support is not quick, facilities are bad. The experience is extremely frustrating. I hope everyone can read this review and avoid this place.

Luckily I have a photo of the room the night before as evidence. Confusing.... - The room faces the escape corridor, but it's not as bright as in the picture. Little light.

The magnetic card system at the gate is faulty, I can't go out at night and get in. When I call for support, it takes about an hour to receive support inside.

There is no parking space, you have to walk far to get a parking space. There is no information note before renting a room to a guest. The room is hot, the air conditioner is not cool.

If the staff does not notify in advance, they are not allowed to park the car downstairs. On the last day, if they need help extending the check-out time, the response is slow.
