The staff are very helpful and I've been here many times. Prices are stable, and you might be lucky enough to find a sale.

This hotel is supposed to be a self-service establishment with no reception desk; if you have any problems, you call customer service for assistance. BUT!!! The customer service is terrible, they treat customers with contempt, they don't answer calls, and when you text, they say you have to wait at least 10 minutes for a reply (10 minutes for each sentence). When I asked for a replacement key card because it was broken, they told me "the previous guest just checked out and didn't report any problems with the card," meaning my experience depends on the previous guest; I only get assistance if the previous guest reports the problem. When I had a problem opening the door and couldn't call customer service, they told me not to call to avoid other guests having problems and not getting timely assistance. Instead of helping the customer with their immediate problem, they expect me to worry about other guests who aren't getting timely support. What kind of service is this?

This was my second time staying at the District 1 branch. When I arrived, I called the hotline, sent messages via Messenger and Zalo from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, but no one answered to guide me through the check-in process. Since I was also waiting for my order to be shipped, I sat outside the door waiting. At 4:00 PM, a staff member on duty came over, and coincidentally, when she arrived, my Zalo message also responded, allowing me to check in.

There's no parking, a major inconvenience that wasn't even mentioned. When I asked, they said they'd hidden the amenities section :(( The soundproofing wasn't good; I could clearly hear the elevator making noise. The positive points were the central location and the presence of an iron.

Worst experience ever. Dirty. Key card broken can not get in after 10 times trying. Forget stuff then they said "can not find" @@ Do not book!

Check-in procedure is complicated and inconvenient

Room is very old but no attention to hygiene, hotel should improve.

Very not ok. The guest checked in to the room that was still the previous guest's room and had not been cleaned. When I called to complain, they told me to stay there temporarily? I had to report it to the police so they could help me move to another place. But overall it was not clean, dusty, and had to be locked. Not recommended!!!!

The room is quite suitable for the price. However, I hope Cozrum improves the bed and bathroom. My room had a very large leak in the bathroom, so at night the smelly water dripped right into the toilet (in the morning it was no longer visible???). The bed sheets were also stained yellow, which looked a bit unhygienic. Otherwise, it was okay, the room was clean, safe (thank goodness), very close to the city center.

No towels, toothbrush and toothpaste but no notice to guests. Room 201 is stuffy, the bathroom is leaking and very dirty.

Will definitely be back next time

There is no parking space but no prior notice or note on the app, making customers have to pay extra for parking and causing inconvenience in commuting (this behavior is equivalent to cheating customers). Bad service and facilities. The cleaning process is not good, the bed sheets and pillows are dirty and filthy, there are ants, the room is still dusty. I will never come back here.
