Just got a vacation to the beach again, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable. There is a billiard table. so you can play. and at that time it was free. the restaurant has many menu choices, but it only took 1.5 hours to finish everything. it turned out that only 1 person served us who ordered 10 menus. and there was no entertainment because the TV was not covered by wifi.

The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom & closet may need to be kept clean again ❤️ the facilities are quite complete, just a little lacking in polishing, the staff is very helpful & friendly, the fried noodles are delicious, continued success for Avery Coconut Island.

It's fun to stay here, the kids can do their activities freely. The room lighting is not bright enough for a family with toddlers.

The hotel staff were friendly even though we arrived at almost 12 midnight, the location was quiet, comfortable and clean, the view was beautiful because there was a lake behind the room balcony.

Overall, the staff is very friendly and standby 24 hours, the facilities are also quite complete, a few suggestions and input: because the room is close to the water, beach, and many plants, it would be better if in the future a UV box is provided for mosquito/insect traps, because there are mosquitoes and insects such as flying ants that interfere with rest, and maybe for the management it would be better if they often do maintenance to each room, because the room I got had a bathroom door that couldn't be closed, the water tap was difficult to close so it leaked and disturbed rest, the room door was a bit difficult to open until my wife also had difficulty opening the door. and finally, maybe this place would be a more recommended place if the beach was improved, because this hotel provides "beach" facilities, but the beach is not recommended because there is no sand and a bit of a fishy smell. hopefully in the future it will be improved again so that the quality of the room is balanced with the service staff. my rate 1-10: 6.5 because the service staff is very satisfying

The waterboom swimming pool area is unfortunately still under repair, the surrounding environment, especially the beach, really needs to be cleaned because the hotel is already good but its cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, but please have more variations, especially the cleanliness, check the condition of the food again whether there is any that is expired or not. Hopefully it will get better and better

A fun family vacation spot with a waterboom.

the place is not maintained and dirty, the toilet smells and there are many mosquitoes on the bed. The swimming pool area is dirty and mossy, the beach area is very dirty, feels like staying in an uninhabited inn there should be no breakfast if the menu served is not appetizing, the taste is not good and dirty. the food is swarmed by flies and ants. there are only simple dishes. it is very unfortunate that the service and place seem to be unmaintained.

Overall, it was good from the service when checking in, the room was also clean, the bathroom was also clean, responded quickly when needed only the door to room 201 needs to be fixed because it's a bit difficult to open, maybe because it uses wood so it expands next, I want to come back again, it won't disappoint

The cleanliness of the hotel environment is not well maintained.

I came during Eid al-Fitr, the breakfast should have been crowded, but there were only 3 employees serving in the breakfast room. The food provided was very minimal because there were very few while there were many guests, there should have been more employees.

There is nothing long to say anymore, just pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilet and drinking glasses.

Overall the stay was nice. Staffs are polite and very informative.

I am very very happy .. everything is far beyond expectations, we booked during a long holiday, and it is very worth it with the price we paid. friendly staff, cool and comfortable rooms are very comfortable, fragrant, clean, even the swimming pool that we are satisfied to use. unfortunately the waterpark is not maintained, but it does not matter. the private pool is the most enjoyable thing. plus we extended to enjoy the room longer. very satisfied with our vacation .. thank you to the staff who are very helpful and your kindness
