WL. My family and I are very satisfied with this hotel. The staff service is also cool. Very suitable for families who are used to the Surabaya weather.

Tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya ya. karena sifatnya pelayannya tidak jelas banget.

The room is unsatisfactory number 1 where the room tube TV is leaking.

Kamarnya kurang memuaskan no 1 mana TV tabung kamar bocor.

The real place is not as good as the picture the room and facilities are out of expectations so disappointing
