The breakfast buffet and food at Secret Con Dao are very suitable for me. Convenient location. Everything is comfortable and cute. But the air conditioner design in the Zen Suit room facing the sea that I stayed in was not good, the temperature did not spread evenly throughout the room. The desk area was very cool but the bed was hot.

The staff is cute and gentle, purple welcome drink, there is an airport shuttle, just book a room, close to tourist attractions, next to the hotel there is a place to rent a car for 150k / day (vision), minus point is that the TV doesn't have Netflix or youtube, breakfast is okkk with me, because I eat very simply, I said it in advance, The view is very lovely, I also read on gg map that there are some complaints, but you have to try staying to know, I stayed and it was absolutely okkk

I have stayed here twice, for me everything here is great, delicious food, comfortable swimming pool, fully equipped rooms. BUT there is only one thing I really really dislike, that is the TV does not have YouTube or Netflix. I hope the hotel improves when I come next time. See you soon KSan.

The price is ok, the staff is friendly and cute. Convenient location right in the center, convenient. The room is clean but the soundproofing is not very good 🥲 I like the smell when entering the elevator the most. The peach mango smell is so fragrant but I forgot to ask which brand to buy

khách sạn bị mất điện liên tục( kể cả lúc khuya), và mỗi lần cos điện lại thì máy lạnh không tự động bật lại. Một dêm phải thức dậy nhiều lần để bật máy lạnh. Đã ở khách sạn này rất nhiều lần, nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên bị tình huống như vậy. Đã thông báo cho lễ tân biết, tuy nhiên được giải thích là do thiếu điện nên bị như vậy.
