The receptionist is friendly, the service is responsive, the room is clean and comfortable, you can borrow an iron for free, it is close to places to eat, it is quite far to Alor and Pavilion Mall if you walk, next time you will stay here again.

The ladies in the lobby were welcoming, cooperative, very friendly, and one of them could even say a few words in Spanish.

The location is close to Pavilion Bukit Bintang (800m) and TRX Mall (1.5KM) close to Alor Street Food (600m) The hotel rooms are clean although a bit small, there are also many places to eat around the hotel.

I check in few times in Mesui Hotel and always have a great time, the staff is very nice always try to help and guide you for any question and request. For me Mesui Hotel is very recommended place if u are looking for a central and affordable price to stay in Kuala Lumpur.
