Friendly staff and clean rooms, cold AC

Parking is quite good, access to everywhere is easy, close to campus.

It's incredibly helpful for students and employees on a budget who are planning meetings out of town. The owner is very kind and considerate.

The room was comfortable, the AC was cool, and there was water in the dispenser placed outside the room. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi couldn't connect to the TV, and the electricity token ran out at 3:30 a.m., and the pillowcases weren't very clean. But overall, I liked the hotel's atmosphere. I recommend staying here.

As expected. The TV was broken, and the hotel tried to fix it, but it didn't work. It wasn't a problem for me because I wanted to rest right away. There should have been a bath mat after getting out of the shower.

My first time staying here, I didn't expect to find mineral water, towels, and soap; I was told to bring them from the front desk to my room. The TV wouldn't turn on, there was always no signal, and the sheets and blanket were worn out. There were no tissues, which are a hotel staple.

The hotel staff helped remind us before our arrival to confirm our arrival and room availability. They also greeted us warmly. However, upon arrival, our room's air conditioning was problematic, and we were eventually upgraded to a better room. The room was clean with adequate amenities, similar to a room for boarders or travelers. The hotel's location is very close to the UNDIP Tembalang campus. Food is guaranteed, as it's close to the boarders' food stalls and other restaurants.

Got it for 340 thousand.. there is no trash can, doormat and towel in the room AC is not cold.. the room smells Just once.. especially if you bring children, it is not recommended, very different from the photo 👎🏻

The hotel is quite comfortable, easy to access, only the road is narrow and one way. The room is quite comfortable. But towels and amenities must be requested first, not directly given at the beginning. Maybe because of the Eid holiday, so the price is quite high for a room priced at 350k, not commensurate with the condition of the room.

Rooms 205 and 206 The bed sheets were not clean, damp and stained. It had been stated that they would not be replaced, the reason being the laundry.... Room 206's AC was not cold, there was no effort to fix it.

The room size, situation and parking are interesting/suitable. What is lacking. The trash can is dirty and even looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Initially it was in the room, but we kept taking it out.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The location is also strategic.

If you're just staying for a day, it's good.

Last Christmas Eve, we spent the night here, it was nice, comfortable, the facilities were OK.

Not recommended, the room is dusty, there is no hot water, the service is not very friendly, you cannot request a check out time, it is better to stay at a slightly more expensive hotel, it doesn't matter.
