The guest reported late check-in, when they arrived, the room was not as booked. I work there, I'll pay you 10 million, no, 100 million. The commitment was as firm as a nail, but when the guest called to report it, they called me "you" and hung up, and blocked the number. I called to report that Traveloka didn't respond as the hotel owner said, but I got the same attitude.
Everyone should not be greedy for cheapness and book. Cheap is bad.
The hotel is located deep in the alley, there is no parking space, if there is, you have to park on the street and walk in.
The amount I paid was only 336k, but the hotel has not been kind to the guests from the beginning, so there is nothing more than the word "Bad".
