This is the second time, I got a room on the 3rd floor, while many rooms are empty. I asked, sir, are the other rooms full? The receptionist answered curtly, "Do you want to stay overnight or what?" The point is, according to him, I paid a cheap price through the application, why are you still asking for a room on the 1st floor. But in my opinion, his answer was not friendly to customers.
