1. The hotel staff did not follow up when it was reported that the door handle was broken. 2. The shower water turns on and off when used, the water flow is unstable. Everything else is standard, my complaint was actually handled very well. For this class, the price is good, close to crowd access too

Sorry, this is the second time I have stayed here for a short stopover in Sidoarjo. The first time I also booked 3 rooms on Traveloka and got all of them downstairs. This is the second time, I got a room on the 3rd floor, while many rooms are empty. I asked, sir, are the other rooms full? The receptionist answered curtly, "Do you want to stay overnight or what?" The point is, according to him, I paid a cheap price through the application, why are you still asking for a room on the 1st floor. But in my opinion, his answer was not friendly to customers.

Dari mulai pelayanan sampai pasilitass sangat tidak memuaskan, Fix ni bukan OYO, hanya saran mending gak usah kesini ya kawan 100%bakal kecewa saya jamin!

Kamar Bau, Toilet bau gak ada air panas nyesel jauh-jauh dri Bali ke Semarang pingin istrahat mlah dapet hotel yang Jorok amat. Akhirnya tidur gak nyenyak. Hotel Murahan sesuai dengan kondisinya.

Kamarnya tidak sesuai dengan foto nya, dalam foto kamar hotel terlihat bagus, tapi riil nya menyedihkan, jangan menginap di sini, anda akan kecewa.

Tempatnya lumayan nyaman, kamar luas, kamar mandi bersih, tapi kemarin dapat kamar lantai 3. Lumayan capek naik turun tangganya. Overall good lah dengan harga segitu.

Good & quite comfortable. But sorry, the AC is not very cold, maybe it needs to be serviced 🙏.

The service and level of cleanliness are very bad, the room service department doesn't always throw away the rubbish, and this is not sharia because it is widely known that it is only for dirty hotels.

Strategic location. Unfortunately 3 days into my stay I forgot to ask for the room to be cleaned.

For the fairly cheap price, it's worth it. There is hot water, it is quiet, and there is complete TV access, cold AC, and a clean mattress. Good.

The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also spacious. The bed is an old model. The minus is that the AC is not cold enough on the 3rd floor.

The picture in the application does not match reality, until midnight the officer gave you the key and walked to the room himself, there was no hot water available and you had to buy it at Alfamart, because with small children it would be half dead for hot water. The bed sheets were also dull even though I was staying in VIP but it was the same.

For urgent matters, that's fine. The place is also clean.

The AC isn't cold at all, it just blows out air.

According to the price, suitable for a light budget.

The room is really horror. Cleanliness is pretty clean.

Not bad for just resting, easy check-in.
