Good value for money, spacious and quiet.

The room smells bad, the bed sheets are dirty, and there's not even a bottle of water!

The room design each type more or less same. The place is in local area where people leave, no car can go inside so you need to walk 100m from the main street. The room is good, spacious and clean.

If you are looking hotel in suburb area this place quite and peaceful. The room is ok and you need to do self check-in.

There are so many ants. They crawled up to the bed and I have 2 kids. I didn't dare sleep and had to stay up all night to watch over my kids. The air conditioner in the room doesn't have a remote control so the room is hot. I can't adjust the small shower to use.

I have stayed at Cozrum NVĐ branch twice, I really like it because the location is in a quiet alley, the alley residents are also polite and cute, not crowded, just a short walk to the main road so taking a technology car is also convenient. The housekeeper looks cold but is very cute and friendly :)) The lobby is also chill, there are many bonsai trees and tables and chairs in the cool yard. Around the area there are enough amenities and lots of delicious food. The room is small but clean, with enough basic amenities (electric stove, microwave, mini fridge, pots and pans, ..), no one-time use of amenities such as toothbrush, cotton swabs, .. so everyone should prepare, there is a room cleaning service to change sheets and towels if staying for more than 2-3 nights. The only thing that needs improvement is the wifi is too weak, I hope the home will improve soon.

The lobby is a little different, but it's okay, the room is very complete and matches the photo.

Clean and nice room, with kitchen and microwave. Location is in an alley so a bit hard to find. Receptionist was not very enthusiastic or cheerful.

I have stayed here twice, the rooms are clean and tidy, the host is very nice. However, the customer service system is EXTREMELY BAD. I asked to rent a motorbike at noon but the customer service only received the information and left it there, the next morning I called to ask again but the hotline operator had no information at all, asked me from beginning to end and there was no apology for missing the customer's information. Recommend for those who only need a place to sleep, the rooms here are spacious and airy, there are many convenient stores around, and other services should be booked outside to avoid getting upset.

Overall, the service is poor. The homestay said that it is following the environmental protection campaign so there is no water and toothbrushes, but at least if there is a glass bottle, they will fill it for the guests, right? This homestay requires guests to bring their own bottle down to the lobby to fill it up. If there is no toothbrush, it is okay to put toothpaste in, right? The room cleaning is sloppy, dirty, fake eyelashes and paper are still stuck on the wall. The hotel does not have a receptionist, so you can't ask anything. The card reader is different during the day and night, I fumbled around for 10 minutes but couldn't open the door, and no one gave me any instructions. I called the security but they didn't answer, I rang the bell at 9pm but they didn't come out. In general, I have never stayed at a hotel and had to rate it right away, it's too bad.

I came from Da Nang to Saigon to play, I booked a room here and made a special note to check out at 5:30 pm the next day because I had a flight back to Da Nang at 6:00 pm. When I checked in, the homestay did not tell me anything about not being able to check out at that time. When I stayed until around 12 noon, the homestay called me to tell me that I could not stay until 5:30 pm. If I stayed until that time, they would charge 100% of the room fee. They took a picture of the time they booked until 5:30 pm, but they told me it depended on the room. I was very upset and had to let it go. At that time, my friend and I were packing up to check out. A security guard came and knocked on the door to instruct me to put my card in when checking out. 2 minutes later, a cleaning lady came and knocked on the door and said: "Check out at 1:30 pm." I couldn't believe that a big homestay had such poor awareness. We paid for p not to get this in return Too bad
