Overall, the room was good and impressive. However, the soundproofing was poor. I stayed two nights and the noise outside the room, seemingly going on late into the night, was very disturbing. The breakfast menu was quite varied, but the taste and quality could be improved.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the facilities are satisfactory, the breakfast is satisfying.

The food wasn't as varied as a hotel, and the swimming pool, especially, was the least comfortable of all the hotels I've visited. There's no dedicated path or elevator to the pool, so access to the pool and your room requires going through the front desk (there's only one access point). This was truly awful and beyond my expectations.

Suitable for mid-budget staycation

What impressed me most was the friendliness of the staff. Every time I made eye contact, they always greeted me. My first impression of the room was that it was clean. The bathroom smelled wonderful. I was very impressed. I also received a welcome cake. That was very impressive. The food in the restaurant was delicious but lacked variety. Children over 5 years old are charged Rp 40,000. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps the lighting could be brighter. It felt too dim. Some facilities need updating, but they are still usable. There are no telephones in the rooms, so if you want to ask a question to the receptionist, you have to go up and down the stairs. It's quite an effort. Overall, the service is quite good. Best of luck to Aidia Grande. May it continue to grow.

I stayed there on a business trip, so I didn't have time for breakfast on site. I couldn't take out breakfast, so I had no choice but to buy breakfast for a week-long stay.
