Stair access to the room is too narrow so it is difficult to walk let alone get to the 4th floor.

The rooms are cramped, the stairs are very steep, most of the rooms on the top floor happen to be on the 4th floor,

Admin is not professional, dirty, not polite, complicated admin affairs. Unhelpful the innkeepers are not very friendly. Arrogant. My car was scratched there too.

Clean and comfy room. Facilities are relatively new and well-maintained. Most important is AC and water heater work properly. Staffs are kind and helpful. The location is easily accessible with lots of eatieries nearby. But instant light meals and coffee are also available to purchase for your convenience.
