Very disappointed, I have booked until the location is said to be full of rooms and is not responsible at all and does not provide a solution at all. Very disappointed, there were even 3 guests who experienced the same thing as me, be careful for other visitors.

Sangat kecewa, sudah booking sampai lokasi dibilang full kamar nya dan tidak pertanggung jawaban sama sekali dan tidak memberikan solusi sama sekali. Kecewa sekali, bahkan ada 3 tamu yang mengalami hal serupa seperti saya hati-hati bagi pengunjung lainnya.

The toilet is dirty like a lot of dust and moss crust.

Bad staff, ugly hotel, mossy pool, hot ac, smelly towels, & stuck water.
