Upon check-in, I was only given one towel. The TV was on but had no sound. I booked a queen bed but got a twin bed because the AC was broken. I tried to ask to be moved the next day, but there was no response. The female staff was unfriendly, even though I booked on my own app under my friend's name, but she told me not to interfere because I didn't book it.
I smoked in the smoking area, but the staff didn't seem to believe me, even though there were cigarette burns on the table in the room before we checked in.
The nightlight above my eyes was very bright.
The facilities list said "toiletries," but there was no soap/shampoo, toothbrush, or even tissues provided.
I checked out at 11:30 because I wanted to eat in front of the inn. I wanted to leave my luggage but wasn't given permission because once checked out, you're not allowed to leave your belongings. It was very inflexible.
I also work in hospitality, but I've never been this inflexible with guests. Hopefully, they can improve in the future.
