I would like to provide an overall review of my stay. Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional front desk team. Furthermore, the dinner experience at the angkringan (angkringan food stall) was very enjoyable, with fast, responsive, and friendly service. However, there was a rather unfortunate incident at breakfast. By 8:00 a.m., most of the food served was gone and had not been promptly replenished, thus reducing the guest's enjoyment of breakfast. This certainly needs attention, considering that it was still the prime breakfast time. Furthermore, the service from the kitchen team, particularly at the omelet station, also needs to be improved, particularly in terms of attitude and interaction with guests. It is hoped that the team can provide friendlier, more communicative, and more professional service, creating a more enjoyable experience for guests. Overall, the already good stay was less than optimal due to the service at breakfast. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed in the future to improve and enhance service quality.
