Overall, my stay here was pretty decent, heuheu. The view is top-notch, the pool is great, and the staff are all very friendly. As a small suggestion for management, perhaps they could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the dust under the bed. Yes, even though guests won't be sleeping under the bed. I personally happen to frequently travel around villas and hotels for internet network troubleshooting, so I've unintentionally developed a penchant for noticing and assessing small details related to accommodation facilities and services. Consider this feedback from a fellow hospitality enthusiast, heuheu. This place already has great potential. Actually the hotel is comfortable and clean.. the view is also nice and cool.. the guard is also friendly. The downside is that in the morning there are flies and it's a bit annoying even though it's not the hotel's fault.. at night it seems like there are no flies.

It's comfortable, the wifi is also smooth, there's a TV with Netflix, you can watch free movies, just think of it as watching a free movie 🤭 Recommended, you can visit again next time, the staff are also friendly when asked, the hot shower really helps when you come at night, you can take a hot shower right away, haha, the only downside is that there are a lot of flies in the morning and afternoon, but that's what Kintamani is like, but they're gone at night

So beautiful view! Amazing service, people was so nice! Peaceful place to stay, beautiful breakfast too! They kept apologizing for the flies that came back in the morning to noon, and disappear at night. But hey it 's part of nature, not any of the hotel 's fault:) We enjoyed so so much having breakfast, and relaxing by the farms surrounding under Mount Batur stars.

The inn is comfortable according to the photo, the facilities are also appropriate, there is air conditioning, hot water and fast wifi, hopefully you can come back here again.

The hotel is clean. The atmosphere is really cool! Directly facing 2 mountains. The breakfast is delicious too! It's really good for those who want to heal here.

The view is indeed good, unfortunately in the morning until the afternoon the number of flies is extraordinary because it is around the garden. So it can only be in the room, closing the door. The room also looks like it hasn't been occupied for a long time.

Great view, nice ambience. Temperature bout 18°C. Bed is good and clean. Have water heater. Nearby union field, that makes at some particular time there's a lot of fly. But its OK. Overall its good
