This hotel property was clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best that we've had at this chain and many others.

i am extremely picky when it comes to staying away from home and I was comfortable in my room. I believe it was cleaned very well for me and I would stay here again..

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, though there were several options, just no bacon or real sausage either day we we’re there. Bed was pretty good, though a touch more firm than I like but you’re never going to make everyone happy. Would be great if Hotels had 1/3 rooms with firm mattresses; 1/3 with medium firm; a 1/3 with soft. Maybe someday they will. Shower was great. I read reviews where others did not care for the eco friendly fragrance free toiletries, but I found them to be very nice. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

Pet fee for two nights was very high! Most fees are $25 a night. We were disappointed with the $75 fee for 2 nights!

Staff was excellent!

Only issue was the hot breakfast option were lukewarm at best ( eggs, sausage).

Hotel was super clean, super nice, staff were super friendly. Only thing that could have made our stay better is the bed could have been more comfortable, and the pool room was super chlorine filled which tends to equal a dirty pool. But outside of that, great stay!

I hardly slept due to the temperature in the room. I had to wake up at least 5 times to turn back on the air. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. With that being said the room was very clean and spacious.
