This place was amazing! Exceeded my expectations.

Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel.

Impressive hotel. Great location. Excellent car park. Superb breakfast. Took a room in the villa which was very comfortable. Only odd thing was, the external door doesn't appear secure. We were woken by a woman shouting at our door at 05.30. Hotel were totally unbothered by this & told us to call the police! Don't book the villa if you are woman travelling alone.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. The breakfast was excellent. Easily my favorite place I stayed in Germany! Being able to walk outside to so many restaurants and along the lake is great. There is some construction going on on the road right in front of the hotel that makes it a little more difficult to find. I called the front desk and they were very helpful with directions. Essentially you need to come in from the west, everything from the east side is too difficult.

Nice, smart hotel, welcoming with a complimentary drink on arrival. Good breakfast buffet, perhaps slightly understaffed. Just lacking a bit of atmosphere? Beautiful grounds next to the Bodensee and a short stroll to a choice of bars and restaurants.

Schönes ehrwürdiges Hotel direkt an der Seepromenade. Restaurant (auch das Frühstück) direkt mit Terasse zum See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei schwierigen Fragen. Nicht mehr buchen würde ich das Superior Zimmer. Es hatte nicht die angebotene Größe (wobei ich hier nicht weiß, ob das an Expedia oder am Hotel liegt). Klimaanlage hat es auch nicht (Ventilator). Somit ist der Mehrpreis aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Mehrpreis garantiert den Blick zum See. Da das Hotel aber sowieso direkt am See liegt, lohnt sich das nicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und von guter Qualität. Alles in Überlingen in Gehdistanz erreichbar.

Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage
