Kami booking kamar yang kasur king tapi pertama kali datang kemarin kami di berikan kasur single bed padahal kami udah bayar. Terus kami di pindah ke kamar yang kasurnya bukan king tapi double bed aja. Fasilitas yang kurang enak. AC rosak terus dari jam 8 pagi sampai kami check out jam 4 sore. Sepanjang waktu itu, udah minta penjaga gh utk check 3 kali AC kamar kami tapi mereka bilang ga ada apa2, bagus aja, AC ga hidup gara2 kena matahari. Sepanjang saya pake AC bisa aja kena matahari. Ini pertama kali dengar AC ga bisa berfungsi gara2 kena matahari. Jaringan wifi yg lelet. Kalo ada ngomong hal kamar dan minta penjaga untuk baiki dan selesaikan, penjaga ga mau ambil tahu dan bikin kerja itu samberono aja. Tambah lagi, kamar mandi nya gak ada air, air nya bau besi, kotor gak bersih kalo mau gosok gigi. Tmpt buang air kecil dan besar rosak gak bisa di pum, taik terapung, gak bisa duduk dengan selesa karna ada bahgian yg rosak dan gak ada penutup. Lantai kamar ada pasir, dinding kamar kotor penuh dgn spora yg gak bgus utk kesehatan. Dinding kamar berkulat.
