Check-in was chaotic, the unit was also not good and smelly

The location is actually strategic, really suitable for gathering with friends. And the area is clean, the service is also good, I'm really satisfied so far. I just object to the huge deposit of 300 thousand and it only takes a week to disburse haha, this is the first time I know there is a deposit that big and it takes a long time to disburse it

The air conditioner leaked, the water swelled in the bathroom, the service took a long time to resolve if I complained from 07.00 in the morning until I wanted to check out, no staff came. Gas cannot be installed. 😒.

Apartment bersih, staff ramah, lokasi strategis banyak street food di sekitar apartemen.

Very complicated check-in. Cannot leave luggage outside of check-in hours. There is no management on standby in the building, so after arrival you have to wait for a pick-up from management. Attendance hours also cannot be flexible because they have to wait for an invite. All check-ins are online, deposit payments are also online, so even after checking out the deposit cannot be returned immediately. Still have to wait 1 to 5 working days. Very, very complicated.

The staff who serve are very friendly and pleasant, the room is also quite spacious, it just seems ordinary, feels like a flat rather than an apartment. What makes it uncomfortable are the regulations from Travelio, too many rules and not as friendly as staying in other hotels or apartments. Next time I will think again if I want to stay in an apartment managed by Travelio, the rules are not friendly, it's easy to apply a fine.

Tidak terawat dan cukup sulit dalam proses check in, bahkan pakai minta deposit tapi akan di kembalikan H+1 setelah check out yang mana itu beresiko untuk kita 🙏🏻

Booking order melalui agen online tapi tidak nyaman dengan pengelolanya. Mengganggu waktu liburan kami. Check-in saya jam 4 sore. Petugasnya ramah, tapi baru datang masuk langsung diminta review disuruh foto kamarnya, lalu diminta juga posting di sosial media. Padahal belum juga duduk. Pagi-paginya sudah di WA mengingatkan waktu checkout, saya sudah reply checkout jam 12 siang. Ditelepon terus, sampai didatangi ke ruangan, tidak nyaman banget. Lantai kamarnya yang kayu banyak yang rusak di makan rayap. Deposit 550 ribu, dikembalikan setelah H+1. Di iklan untuk 6 orang, tapi handuk hanya dapat 4 pcs. Saya pernah booking apartemen juga melalui agen online tidak seribet ini dengan pengelola. Semoga ada perbaikan kedepannya. Terima kasih.
