Traveling with my parents. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Phrom Phong BTS elevator. The staff are friendly, and they also do their laundry. I stayed for 6 days, plus 3 days in Pattaya. They even let me store my luggage. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was full of hair and the sheets had yellow stains. It made me itch all over. I couldn't sleep all night; it was a nightmare!

The staff is very nice. It's worth it.

This was my 2nd time to stay here. I choose this place bcoz it’s near the BTS station, 2 big malls, 7/11, and cafes. I had a concert in QSNCC, so this place was perfect. The room was big enough for one person. The aircon is great. Nice bed. The staffs were very friendly. But it needs a lil bit maintenance in the bathroom especially the shower and its cleanliness.

One of the highlights of my stay was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping, every detail was taken care of flawlessly.

Bed very dirty. Room small. Shower broken.

The manager is very caring and hospitable, friendly to residents and those who come to stay. I really like this place.

Kali kedua menginap di Arawana Express Phrompong, mengecewakan, tapi nama nya hotel budget ya begitulah kondisinya. Saya terima saja.

Location is great. You can walk to M district & BTS around 8min. Outside the hotel, you can find lot of street food stalls, also 7/11 mini market. The front door & sign are small, so the first time I came, I almost missed it. However, the room itself are clean, quite helpful with the kitchen set to reheat some food, have refrigerator. The bathroom also clean.

Arawana Express Phromphong, lokasi sangat strategis, hanya beberapa puluh meter masuk dari Sukhumvit street (prime street). Jalan kaki 5 menit menuju stasiun BTS Phromphong. Sebelah hotel ada 711 buka 24 jam, produk lengkap, khususnya makanan untuk breakfast maupun supper, jika lapar. Jalan kaki 10 menit ada Mall EmQuartier, food court kelas menengah ke atas. Jika ingin food court yang kelas menengah ke bawah, naik BTS menuju Stasiun Stadium, Anda akan tiba di MBK mall, persis di depan gedung MBK mall sebelum masuk mal ada lift kaca, masuk & naik ke lantai 6, langsung terlihat food court dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau, antara Bath 40-100, lebih murah jauh dibanding makan di Food Court mall Jakarta. The hotel environments and cleanliness are not tally with the information published in their website, the lift was not function, overall condition was unsatisfied.

Bisa check in jam 1 kalo sebelum jam 1 kita udah dateng, tas kita bisa titip di lobby, lobby sama kamar terletak ditempat yang berbeda tapi samping lobby ada sevel sama mini market, sekitar lobby banyak kuliner, sekitar kamar banyak resto juga, pokoknya worth it dapet harga di bawah 400 udah kaya apart studio fasilitas lengkap, semoga bisa balik lagi kesini. 🥰.

The room is clean, fully equipped, cleaned daily. The receptionist is quite cute and enthusiastic. The hotel is quite close to the BTS station so it is convenient to travel. However, the hotel is quite old, the reception is not located right below the hotel, but in another place about 100m away. The surrounding area is quite noisy on weekends, poor soundproofing. If you need a hotel room to sleep overnight, it is ok.

It's the worst hotel. who have booked to stay in their lives The room seen in the picture and the room we stayed in are very different. Like an old storage building, the room is not soundproof, the carpet is dirty, the cover has a smell, the doormat and the towel are not clean.

The lobby smells very musty. The bedroom smells very strong. Not very clean The air conditioner should be cleaned, the dust on the island, the price is fair, but the cleanliness should be improved as well.

Convenient to travel near the mall, near BTS, but the old towels should be changed because they don't look clean. The overall room is clean.
