Check-in time staff was helpful and the room was nice and cheaper.

The room was dirty and not cleaned, there were cockroaches when I checked in to the room, the bathroom was not cleaned, there were yellow spots of urine from hotel guests scattered in the bathroom toilet and it was not cleaned by the hotel staff.

The staff is quite friendly, I stayed for 1 week, it's just a bit unfortunate that the smell of the sewer is very noticeable in the bathroom. For the rest, like the service, everything is appropriate.

The hotel is not very clean. There is a lot of dust here and there. But it is appropriate for the price. As for the room, it is comfortable to stay for a day.

Quite comfortable for a hotel near a recreation area, the downside is there is no soap for bathing.

Just found out there are no towels at the hotel.

The floor of the room is dusty, the room properties are dusty, the sheets are dull, the lights are dim, the bathroom is slippery, the edges of the bathroom floor are dirty like they have been brushed. Actually, this room is nice, it's just that the cleanliness is not maintained properly.

I was checked in early at 11:45 AM. For the price, room is pretty spacious. Too bad that the bathroom was quite smelly, I had to close the door all the time. Also, there were small cockroaches around. TV is working pretty bad, there is nothing to watch except ants. If you are looking for a place just to sleep at night I'd recommend it.

Water sources that are not always standby. There is negligence so that water runs out in the morning.

Ordered a smoking room but given a non-smoking room. And the bathroom is very dirty. Dirty and the floor is still wet. The mattress makes noises. I want to rest and sleep, not a girl. Just give me a room. In Batam, there are many good and clean hotels with prices above 200, but this one is not very clean, it's stuffy 😭 I just checked in, it's only _ +30 I checked out 😭.

I stayed 2 nights, put a deposit, after I checked out, my deposit was forfeited, because I smoked, while when I checked in I was not told that if I smoked the deposit would be forfeited, this is like a hidden rule that is a trap.
