Book a non-smoking room, but when I check in I'm always given a smoking room or a twin room, even though the price for a single bed and a twin bed room is different. I paid more but was given a twin room. I've stayed here twice and it's always the same problem. Not to mention that when breakfast is at 9 am, drinking water is not refilled, only water is left, and food is not refilled, even though the last time for breakfast was at 10 am, now at 9 am there is no more food and drinks. With a fairly expensive room price, the food is like a 1-star hotel. Disappointed because this has happened twice.

You should definitely stay at this hotel if you visit Cilegon. The rooms are spotless and modern.

Aston Cilegon is okay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The hospitality is good. The staff is friendly. Suggestion: Add facilities for kids, such as a playground, as they are a bit bored with the only activity being swimming.

The location is hidden but the parking is spacious, overall it's good, but a lot of the breakfast food is out of stock so you have to wait a long time for refills, and in-house dining is also quite long.
