I like everything in the hotel.

While I was bathing in the onsen, tiles fell from the roof, with rusty nails protruding from them. My niece accidentally stepped on one. It wasn't serious, but I was quite worried about the risk of tetanus. Kobi should pay more attention to the equipment, especially since you're not allowed to wear slippers in the onsen.

The onsen service was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly.

The resort is comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and lovely, the onsen is beautiful, but it has a slight sulfur smell, so elderly people with underlying health conditions and young children should take note.

It's very convenient to get to the city, and the hot springs are excellent and clean.

It was a great experience, although I'm not used to the hot tub, I can switch to a family bath.

The food was average, everything else was okay.

There was no information provided during check-in, no details about room types or included services; guests just needed to present their card to access the elevator, and everything else had to be figured out by themselves. It was no different from checking into a 5-star chain hotel but feeling like they were at a 1-star hotel. The reception staff at both the hotel and spa need to review their sales skills and customer service. The food and beverage service was okay.

The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast at the restaurant was varied and delicious. I will definitely return to Kobi.

The hotel staff is extremely cute, the resort is beautiful with many places to take pictures. Breakfast is rich and varied.

The holiday was right on my birthday, the hotel gave a surprise gift and good wishes. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was delicious. Especially the relaxing onsen bath was great.

Great view. The onsen service is very comfortable, you can experience the bath and steam river. Unfortunately, I went on the day the pool was under maintenance so I couldn't experience it. There is a special service here that I really like, which is doing yoga with a very professional teacher. 🥰

My family's short trip last weekend was wonderful, the only pity is that the resort's swimming pool is under repair.

My family just had a vacation at this resort, it was perfect both in quality and service staff, the space is very quiet and beautiful. Next summer if there is a chance, we will come back
