The price may be cheap, but that doesn't mean the service is sloppy. The guest house is poorly maintained. The sheets are full of cigarette butts. The walls are damp and moldy.

Maybe I was just lucky or something, but I got a clean room with cool air conditioning. The staff was friendly.

Employees enter without knocking. The toilets are dirty, as if they've never been cleaned. The AC leaks.

For a 1 night stay it's still ok, suitable for backpackers, cleanliness needs to be improved, the toilet has lots of spider webs and is yellowing.

Improve the cleanliness of the room. The bed cover is torn with cigarette butts. It should be replaced with a more suitable one. The room smells of cigarettes, and the bathroom is full of small flying insects. The lights in the room should be brighter so they're not dim. The TV should be usable.

Easily the most affordable yet enjoyable stay in town. Yes, it quite a challenge to find the place but at that price its quite okay. A bit more effort to clean the room is definitely helps though.
