The hotel staff is very friendly and polite both when checking in and checking out.

the place is comfortable, complete facilities with very cheap prices, everywhere is close, staying 1 week here is safe. minus: there is no towel drying rack inside

Already paid for the hotel, but when I arrived at the location, the hotel was closed. There was no clear information on the app page.

super friendly hotel staff, booked 3 rooms, all rooms are very safe, there is already a smart TV so if you bring a kid it's super safe, it smelled of cigarettes when you first entered the room, but the staff was friendly and offered to change rooms, but because there were already a row so I preferred the same room, helped to remove the cigarette smell too because I brought a kid overall okay, right next to the hotel there is a Special Sambal stall, when SBY was raining so I went to look for food next door, bring your own toiletries because they are not available, thank you

For that price, I think the hotel is really worth it, good job, and hopefully it will be repaired soon and the facilities will be improved, thank you.!:)

Friendly staff, suitable for lodging

The room is clean, spacious, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Suggestions for adding more plugs, sis 😁.

The staff is friendly. The place is easy to find. Next to it is the Sambel SS Arjuna restaurant which is delicious and busy. It's quiet and not noisy either.

Strategic location. The address is easy to reach, only the nameplate is not clear. The service is not friendly/the receptionist is a bit curt. Easy to find food and close to Indomaret. For that rate, it is quite recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room was clean when we arrived. It's just that at the beginning there was a miscommunication during the over shift because we just arrived at the room and were told to check out. It was a bit surprising because we had booked for 3 nights 😂. But everything was good. I don't know if you can order food, it would be better if you just provide a menu in each room so guests can order. There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned when we stayed for 3 days. J.
