We were welcomed with friendly service and a refreshing chilled drink at the restaurant, which set a positive tone. Unfortunately, our stay at Dome Tent #1 did not meet expectations. After a long descent down multiple steep steps, the tent appeared worn and inside it was uncomfortably hot. The view was obscured due to smudges on the clear window, and we were not provided with a key to the dome. The uphill walk back to the restaurant was tiring. We requested one of the upper tents for easier access, but they were already reserved. The staff kindly offered us a wooden house instead, though it felt stuffy and had an unusual layout with the toilet visible immediately upon entry. As a result, we decided to check out the same day and booked alternative accommodation nearby. Suggestions for Improvement: Upkeep Dome Tent #1 to ensure it feels fresh, comfortable, and offers a clear view. Provide better access or assistance for guests reaching the lower tents, as the current route is tiring. Ensure dome keys are given upon check-in for convenience and security.

The staff is super duper friendly, it feels like home. The view from the room at night is really beautiful, if you're lucky you can see fireflies 😍. Behind the glamping is a coffee plantation so we can see the women there picking coffee. Definitely will come here again 🙏🏻😘

My stay at Bali Jungle Camping was sort of magical! That dome though was so lit, felt like sleeping under a thousand stars. The breakfast was so good, every morning you will awake by the sound of birds.

Very good service. Food and drinks are also good. The picture of the room matches the photo, clean, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the towels are clean. The surroundings are really green, beautiful, refreshing and quiet, there is a river at the back and a hammock. But on the river bank there is some plastic waste or materials that do not decompose, maybe in the future it can be cleaned. As the name implies jungle, so many insects and small animals will be in the bathroom and in the bedroom later. But nothing dangerous. If it rains, the water will drip from the door onto the floor, so it's a good idea to place it on a chair or in the middle. Wifi is not in the room, but the telecommunications signal is still there. Access to the inn location is in the form of a road that only fits motorbikes. Very pleasant and satisfied.

This is a part of Bali where there is a lot of rain. The tents were cheap nylon. When it rained everything inside of the tent got wet. The tent stood on a platform of rotten bamboo. When falling through the bamboo they eventually put something on top but just outside the entrance to the tent. Outside the tent was full of rubbish and also small biting black ants. At night they entered the tent and our hair The tents never got repaired. The rubbish eventually after two days was partially removed. There was never an apology for anything. When we left we were charged for sleeping bags and towels etc of which there were many as the tents were continually wet. Even without rain the walls of the tent were wet. The tent was the smallest on the market and the cheapest. Beside the river was lots of rubbish. The toilets were only finally cleaned on request as. Were the steps down to the toilets which were slippery and full of green moss. I would never recommend people to stay there. During our three day stay many other people were also complaining of the conditions. This is the first time I write a review but the conditions were truly disgusting!!!!
