The hotel staff were being convoluted. Adding a room, initially priced at 300,000, was reduced to 400,000, or 500,000. Even though the review price was 300,000. Then, when I added a room, the staff seemed to be asking for more, like an extra bed or something. They were uncooperative, constantly asking for a raise.

I've tried my best to get the best out of everyone, but I just wanted to share my experience of staying at this hotel. I was very disappointed with the bathroom, especially the very small water flow and the hot water sometimes running and sometimes not.

The second night, the location was strategic, the food was so-so, and the room was quite clean, but the room smelled damp. Perhaps it was because the only partition between the room and the bathroom was glass.

Best location, the cleanliness is so-so. The food is okay, but the room smells damp. But the view is awesome!

Very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel and room were very dirty. The sheets and duvet were full of stains. There was no hot water. There was no Wi-Fi, and the shower had a very small water flow and was very uncomfortable. Most surprising was that the door couldn't be locked, making the security of my belongings very worrying. Wanting to leave the hotel to explore, I hesitated leaving valuables behind. Many of the walls were damaged and needed maintenance. There was indeed no proper maintenance or cleaning. Breakfast was fried rice that tasted strange and hot sweet tea. Check-in was not explained at all. Not worthy of being called a hotel. Even guest houses are better. The good thing is the large room and the location on the roadside.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the view is beautiful, the staff are friendly, it was a pleasure staying here, thanks.

The location is good, in front there is a restaurant. You can get a morning view with sunrise (as long as it is not covered by clouds). Breakfast menu is fried rice and warm tea, the taste of fried rice is delicious. Amenities only provide towels. Trash cans should be added, not just 1. No mineral water. The sheets have very visible stains :(. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

A good hotel, suitable for a holiday with family for those who like slow living away from the hustle and bustle, the Sembalun area is indeed top

+ Spacious room + Spacious bathroom + Roadside hotel location - No amenities (water, toiletries, sugar, coffee, tea) - The hotel room is poorly maintained, damp, the wall paint is peeling off so it gives off an unpleasant smell - There is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom - There is only 1 socket behind the TV, and it is a bit complicated if you want to plug it in - The TV signal is very bad.

They said the water heater was on, but when it arrived, there was no hot water at all, the shower water was also low, and breakfast was also just a little bit basic.

The hotel staff is friendly but I never greet them when I pass by.

I really enjoyed staying here. The place is nice, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I have no regrets staying here, especially since the view from this hotel is really beautiful.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very affordable but mouldy damp rooms that I was glad it was only 1 night.

Best place to stay. They have a rooftop, and you can hang out in there and see the beautiful landscape of Sembalun.

The view is the best, there is no cure for the sunrise, the downstairs room is spacious enough for 3 or even 4 people. The upstairs room is for 2 people but has a really cool view

The staff is really friendly, the guys from the beginning really helped with the check-in process, the water heater didn't work at first, then we also asked a lot of questions about the area there... The location is really good, right in front of the dining area, the view of several hills is clearly visible, the room is spacious, got a triple room, suitable for a big family.. Got breakfast, the fried rice tasted quite good. The only downside is there are no amenities, the bathroom floor was flooded... Overall it's okay, if I come back it can be an option to stay again, hopefully the cleanliness is better maintained, both in the room and outside, Thank you
