The service is lacking, the price is not appropriate, it should be if the price is more than what is in the application, just apply what is in the application, then when it says you can't but it says the money can't be returned, it's forfeited, the room is okay, neat and clean, but only 1 towel and some of the things listed there, some don't exist. Hopefully the service can be improved even more, what's more about the price, thank you.
