An interesting experience! The interior and other amenities are very nice. The staff, including the security guards, are very attentive. From the entrance to the room, everything is clean and smells great.

The hotel is really homey. I came here for a friend's bridal shower and felt so at home that I stayed there until the evening, feeling like I was in an apartment because it was so well-equipped.

I initially overlooked the Jambuluwuk/ARCS Guest House Hotel because I didn't see the sign and the gate was half closed. However, upon entering, I was immediately impressed by its Japanese-inspired design and its immaculate cleanliness. It's a 5-minute walk from Blok M Plaza and its food court. It's definitely worth it, and I'll definitely be back!

The room turned out to be very comfortable, with a beautiful interior. It had a Japanese style. The refrigerator was cold, and there were water and coffee refill facilities outside. The AC was also cool, but it didn't directly face the bed, which was nice. It didn't get cold while sleeping.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and coincidentally, both visits took place while the property was undergoing renovations. Although some common areas were still under construction, I was pleased to find that my room had already been fully refurbished. The newly renovated room was excellent—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The interior design felt fresh and well thought out, with updated furnishings, good lighting, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Despite the ongoing works elsewhere in the hotel, noise levels were minimal, and the staff made every effort to ensure guests were not inconvenienced. Overall, I appreciate the improvements being made and look forward to seeing the hotel once the renovations are fully completed. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Overall, the hotel was good, but the hotel was undergoing some renovation, so the hotel area was a little bit dirty. But overall, it was a good experience. The bathtub was great, the bathroom was very clean. The microwave and full-size refrigerator were great. The air conditioner could be cooler though.
