I booked online but when I arrived at the hotel the room was empty, and I was replaced with a non-standard room, very dirty, I really don't recommend staying here... this is the first and last time I'll stay at this hotel.

In the future, amenities and towels can be provided.

the staff are friendly but when I wanted to check out there was no one at the reception at all. improve the cleanliness of the room, there are a lot of mosquitoes, the room is also a bit smelly. the AC died in the middle of the night, tried to turn it on but it died again. for breakfast I only got chicken side dish, it was still half past 8.

Dirty and smelly. Closing the door requires internal strength. The bathroom is full of hair.

Room 205 the sink leaked, the floor and bed were sandy, I complained to the hotel staff and I was moved to room 101, the door was broken and half-hollow, the sink tap was broken and the room was dirty. The receptionist who was called Teteh was rude and unprofessional. Friends, don't stay there
