I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM and was informed that all rooms were fully booked since noon, but they didn't notify me beforehand. Then the hotel suggested moving me to another location or canceling the booking. Because I had a lot of luggage and arrived too late, I accepted the offer to stay at another location temporarily. I had booked at this hotel before and found it very good, which is why I booked again this time. There are many unprofessional issues with this handling of the situation. I hope the hotel will read this and make changes for future guests: 1/ When rooms are fully booked, they should immediately block bookings on all booking websites to prevent further bookings. People who have booked and paid in advance are guaranteed a place to stay. When a hotel is fully booked, they should do everything possible to contact the customer, or contact the booking websites to inform the customer so they can find another place to stay. 2/ When all rooms are booked and guests are transferred to another establishment, this is the hotel's responsibility for not notifying in advance, causing losses to customers. Transportation to pick up guests should be arranged, not just booked and then paid for by the guests themselves. 3/ The hotel partnering with another establishment to transfer guests when rooms are booked needs to provide a service of equivalent quality to the original booking, not a hotel that doesn't even have a hairdryer. The hotel should find another provider to ensure rooms of comparable quality. I hope the hotel reads this review and adjusts its service quality for future guests. I didn't give a 1-star rating to avoid lowering the hotel's overall rating, but this experience truly deserves 1 star.
