the room is not cleaned properly, dusty. but the view is really good. if you want to stay there, bring a floor mop and broom, plus your own sheets and pillowcases.

From the difficulty of the signal in the basement because I had to make an appointment with the person in the basement, I had been waiting for a long time, it turned out that the person was not on standby waiting for the lobby so I had to look for a signal outside. that messy. And for towels there is only 1 even though before I asked, he said there were 2, the stove was not working, there were no clothes hangers. But luckily it was treated with the view that the room was also pretty clean. The AC is working fine.

Nice view, good location and convenient. There is only one lack, if you stay for a long time (at that time I was 4 days), there was no clerk to clean the room.

Check in at 16.30 the room is still messy and hasn't been cleaned then invited to the 36th floor but not ready yet also back again on the 37th floor. Waiting to be cleaned at 5 just can check in and the air conditioner is not cold hot.

The room was smelly, there was no kettle for brewing hot water, there was no mineral water too, and for the air conditioner in the front and the room was not cold at all like in a sauna very stuffy and hot. Really disappointed to get the bad unit.

check in was a real hassle.. contacted the management but they keep on pass the baton from one person to another, contacted the owner and still have to contact one more person. I saved 6 new contacts in my phone just to check in to this property, some more not all of them were friendly and reply nicely.. well, at least 2 person are friendly and nice... Then, the room wasn't clean,, there was used towels in the bathroom, bathroom floor was all wet it smells and whole unit became so humid and smells, the bed looks okay but actually the spring in the spring bed are old it is uneven and not comfy at all, the kitchen table is greasy, there's a water bottles that has green moss growing inside in the kitchen cabinet, no usable TV and wifi, the balcony was so dirty it has cigarette butts on the floor.. overall not clean and no amenities provided (only a cheap toothbrush and not-so-clean towel, beside hot water and washing machine that comes from the developer when they bought the unit.. no water kettle or cup or fridge)... Def not coming back and do not recommend anyone to stay there. a big no and two thumbs-down.

Satisfied because the view from above is excellent, cleanliness is lacking, the location is not strategic. no signal and wifi room.

There is no cable TV and WiFi, apart from that the other facilities are okay, the staff is very helpful if anything is needed, overall is satisfied.

The view is okay, only for the room is lacking, there is a stove but it can't be used, there is no gallon water, no wi-fi, it's hard to signal. If you want a family staycation, it's not recommended because you can't cook it, please improve it again for the service, thanks.

The unit was not clean when you first entered. Check-in is difficult because you can't go directly to the receptionist. the room, the toilet, the kitchen is so dirty? Not recommended to come to this place the agents are not reliable to. just expect slow responses.

Nice view from the 37th floor, spacious rooms, only there is no Wifi, the TV channel is not good enough, the air conditioner is not cold enough and a swimming pool for residents. So far, it's okay to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta traffic jams, while for Family staycations in my opinion it's a bit lacking.

Very bad experience, unable to check-in even though I already paid it really ruined my schedule.

I really like it, I really do get the epic sale Traveloka promo again, and I have points. All the exchange points, it becomes really cheaper and really satisfying.

The apartment is nice, clean, rather spacious. there is a washing machine too, but unfortunately the stove cannot be used because the gas runs out. I am happy to get a room at an altitude of 36 so the view is great at night.

Too bad the swimming pool is only for residents, guests are not allowed, all TV broadcasts are blurry. Hopefully the future will be even better.

The place is nice and clean for a studio type. The view from above looking towards Jakarta is also good at night. 10/10, would recommended.
