perfect for honeymoon... awesome

Order a private pool. The view is beautiful overlooking rice fields and plantations. The air is cold and cool. The swimming pool is very cold. Extra breakfast 60,000. Extra breakfast at the swimming pool 100,000. If you ask for decoration, 100,000.

The view is nice, only the bathroom is very damp because the walls and floor are made of stone, the road is very steep and uphill.

Nên ở nhé mng, không có từ nào để chê khi ở đây, nhân viên thân thiện, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, chỉ là xa trung tâm Ubud, nhưng bù lại các điểm tham quan rất gần.

Awal pesen agak ragu. Gambar nya gelap. Tp pas sampe hotel. Luar biasa di luar espektasi, staff ramah banget, check in g sampe 5 menit dan langsung d antar ke kamar. Villa luas, kebersihan, luas villa dan lain-lain sangat terjaga. Kalo nanti ke baliningin kembali lagi. Terima kasih sebatu tulen villa

Kalo cari villa yang vibesnya alam banget dan pengen chill aja, this is a good choice. Lokasinya terpencil, jalannya challenging karena berkelok-berkelok, curam, dan sempit. Kalo malem sepi banget cuma ada suara serangga dan stafnya juga ngga nginep. Kalo mau pesen makan bisa gofood tp lumayan jauh at least 5 kiloan dari area yang banyak jual makanan jadi pesennya jangan mepet apalagi kalo untuk makan malem. Parkiran sempit banget kalo untuk mobil. Kamarnya worth the price. Bersih, terawat, fasilitas basic ada (hairdryer, teko, amenities, payung, obat nyamuk elektrik), semuanya berfungsi. Wifi bagus, sinyal hp juga masih dapet. Bisa sewa motor dan nyediain jasa trip juga tp harus booking sehari sebelum. Menu breakfast cuma american, vegan (buah), sama indonesian tapi lumayan lah porsinya cukup banget. Stafnya ramah dan helpful semua

It's really good, really a hidden gem in Sebatu, Ubud and worth it, got the promotional price for only 400 thousand, stayed there for 2 days yesterday & the breakfast was delicious, breakfast starts from 8 to 10 but on the second day we asked for 7 because we wanted to leave early in the morning and that's fine.

The place is lovely and the staff were amazing! Very attentive and friendly. This is definitely going to be my go to spot for my next trip to Ubud.

The room looks better than in the pictures-the atmosphere were perfect-affordable-sebatu tulen villa the bestlahh.

Superb! It was very enjoyable staying at this villa, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, yesterday I requested honeymoon decorations and they were actually prepared without additional charges. The atmosphere is calm, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the sheets, blankets, towels are clean, 10/10, unfortunately yesterday when we requested a spa it turned out that the therapist was having an event, it was also our fault that the request was impromptu. Keep up the good work Sebatu Tulen Villa, hopefully you can stay here again next time!

Hello! A happy customer here. Everything was perfect! The staff was very nice and helpful. The view is mesmerising. The room exceeded my expectations. It's too perfect for the price that we paid. So cheap! 😭 Guys, don't hesitate to book this villa. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Stayed 2 days here, I don't know, when I first checked in, I was immediately upgraded to a private pool, even though the usual messages were five-star service and facilities and friendly, the food was pretty good. I'd come back if I went to Ubud, even though it's a bit far to Sebatu.

The atmosphere is quiet, calm, perfect for healing/staycation. Rooms are also clean, breakfast is pretty good. Yesterday it happened that we were the only ones staying because 3 other rooms were being renovated and 1 other room was empty. Staff only guard from morning to 8 pm. So last night we were the only ones there. What we are afraid of is just what if the lights go out. Because it's really quiet there. As an input, there should still be staff on duty at night there. For others, it's okay.
