Best hospitality, one small drawback is that there is no Netflix yet, but everything else is very good.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, close to the city center.

First time sleeping here. My brother always sleeps here when he's working in Bandung. I always sleep at the Hilton. The sheets smell of cigarettes. My daughter has asthma. The room is too isolated. We wait for the noise of cars outside. The utility isn't complete. A little hated it for our staycation.

It was a pleasure staying here,,, but this is the first time I've stayed here and been called MR when it should have been MRS 🤭🤭🤭

The entire team here is amazing. The warm welcome and friendly staff were, for me, the highlight of the stay. The little notes in the room, the welcome note on the bathroom mirror, all added to the warmth of the welcome. The room was beautiful and clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was fantastic. Special thanks to Sinatra, who was incredibly helpful and friendly at breakfast, and Feby from Guest Relations, one of the nicest people I've ever met. I absolutely love this hotel!!!

Nice view and perfect for family time, in my opinion, it's one of the best hotels if you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Bandung. The location is super strategic, right in the city center near Gedung Sate, so it's really easy to go for a walk or just eat around there. The hotel ambiance is modern and elegant, but still feels warm and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very complete facilities—from super soft beds, large TVs, to bathrooms with bathtubs for relaxing. Breakfast is also top-notch, with a wide selection of local and international menus, so you won't get bored easily. There's a swimming pool with a city view that makes you want to hang out there for a long time. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The price is a bit premium, but it's worth it for the quality of service and comfort you get. It's perfect for a staycation, family vacation, or even a business trip.

The unique and functional room designs provide an engaging experience. There are plenty of delicious culinary options nearby.

Honeymoon at Pullman Bandung? Totally worth it! The rooms are super cozy, the interior is cool, and the romantic vibes are so inviting. The sweet welcome from the hotel, plus the view of Bandung at night from your room, makes it even harder to move on. It's perfect for quality time together! 1. In the morning, when I wanted to wash my hair, the shampoo was empty. I was in room 520. This is really bad. It means there's no quality control. Or, the supervisor didn't check and wasn't working responsibly. 2. In the morning, at breakfast, my dining table was prepared. The staff said it would be cleaned first and I could have my food. When I returned, the table was already taken by another guest. The staff member who initially informed me was completely clueless; she should have reserved it or paid attention to my table. I noticed she wasn't doing anything, just standing there. When I asked why my table was taken, she simply replied, "Find me another table." I think Pullman's training or SOPs are problematic. Above all, these basic things shouldn't have happened...very disappointed with this Pullman.
