The restaurant staff are friendly and the food tastes delicious. I've been here twice.

This hotel has always been my first choice to stay in Bandung. Located in the center of Bandung (next to the Governor office), close to all famous cafes and restaurants, fashion outlets, close to Braga. The service has always been excellent. Thank you to all the staffs who keep the service five stars.

Front office and room service as well as general, toiletry and other sections are quite responsive. If there is an error in the service, complaint handling is relatively fast.

I got a room near the Sate building, and in front of the Sate building, children often ride motorbikes and it's incredibly noisy, very disturbing... Rooms near the place where children ride motorbikes should not be given to guests.

Parking the car is quite difficult when there is a wedding event.

Our family always stays at the Pullman Grand Central Hotel. In addition to being close to the city center, the hotel is also comfortable, served very friendly, the food is delicious, and the room conditions are clean.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. at that time I booked 2 deluxe rooms, but it turned out that when I arrived at the hotel the rooms were full, so I was upgraded to a junior suite plus free 2 extra beds, and access to the executive lounge... it was really impressive... the room turned out to be very spacious and comfortable, the room was clean, if there was trouble the staff was also quick.. to the point that the kids didn't want to go home 😄. besides that the refund process was also helped quickly... thank you Pullman and Traveloka..

Nice hotel to stay in Central Bandung. Staff friendly.

- dirty mossy swimming pool and lots of dirt (hair) - cold water swimming pool - shower room / rinse area on the 2nd floor near the pool has no hot water, so for children < 3 years after swimming in cold water, even if rinsed with cold water, the child gets cold. - choice of children's activities and toys in the kids club are not very varied - room on the 9th floor when entering still smells of cigarettes - bathroom floor was flooded with water due to water pipe problems - carpet looks dirty and dusty

This doesn’t feel like the usual Pullman Bandung. Day 1 – Breakfast was quite chaotic, maybe due to the long weekend. We were directed to the 17th floor for breakfast (Madcow Restaurant). However, the place was quite small and the buffet selection was limited. Some items, like mie ayam, had to be ordered separately (the serving was quite long). It was also a bit disappointing that the more spacious area was reserved for smokers. Let’s see how Day 2 goes... I'm staying here for two days.

It was a great experience staying 1 night in Pullman Bandung, a big size room and all clean.
