The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the check-in process was a bit slow. The lobby was clean, but the facilities were a bit outdated. The door frame had been bitten by termites, and the pillowcases looked like they needed replacing as they were faded. The food was pretty good.

It's close to the train station, just a short walk away, and Malioboro is also easily accessible. The staff are friendly, and you can leave your luggage before and after check-in. It's comfortable, and hopefully, next time I go on vacation there, I'll stay here again. ☺️

The hotel's location is strategic, right in front of the station. It's also very close to Malioboro, just a few steps away. The downsides were that towels weren't available until late yesterday, and the room wasn't soundproof, so train horns were clearly audible and a bit distracting. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

Overall, it's a strategic location for staying. Close to all destinations around Malioboro.

The location is strategic, the room smells good, the AC is cold. It was a pleasant stay.

During my initial check-in, I was assigned room 617, but the air conditioning wasn't cooling. I then requested a transfer and was assigned room 718. The transfer process was a bit frustrating, as I had to wait for approximately 45 minutes, even though I checked in at 5:00 PM (I had originally registered at 9:00 AM). This is what made me less interested in staying at this hotel. Hopefully, things will be handled more quickly in the future, thank you.

The water heater in the room where I stayed has been asked to be repaired twice, but the result is still the same, the water is still not warm.

The location is very strategic, only a 5-minute walk from Malioboro Mall. There are many food stalls in front of the hotel, and I really liked the wedang ronde. The only downside is the room size, which felt very cramped, and because it's near the station, the sound of train whistles is a bit disturbing at night. For those who want to walk around Malioboro, I recommend it for the location alone. You can also rent a bicycle for 20,000 Rupiah to explore Malioboro.

The location is very strategic, but room amenities like soap are missing (not stocked). The coffee and tea in the room are often not refilled.

Location is good within walking distance to KAI train station, walkable to Malioboro too. Breakfast is below average, taste is too nice generally and choices of food is very limited, as there’s no protein from meat source. Nevertheless, I was grateful to the staff who are very attentive and helpful to provide boiled eggs upon my request.

My first stay here was very pleasant, close to the city center, and also close to Malioboro, just a short walk away. I'll stay here again next time.
