The hotel's location is strategically located near Tugu Station and Malioboro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue with room cleanliness is the smell of the shower gel and bath towels, as if they hadn't been changed. This is likely due to the inability to lie down on the pillow. The smell of sweat is very uncomfortable, and the towels also smell terribly. Everything else is excellent.

Overall, it was good, but the check-in wait was a bit long (about an hour) because there were a lot of guests checking in/out. Many were also in groups. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It's a shame we only stayed one night. I'd stay here again next time.

The bedcovers we received looked dirty and worn, and it was time for a refresh. There was only one bathroom mat, even though there were two bathrooms.

The bathroom is too small, so every time you finish showering, the water comes out of the bathroom.

It's a transit hotel, so I shouldn't have expected much. There wasn't even a mini fridge in the room. For those with babies, this makes it very difficult to store breast milk. I booked two rooms with connecting doors, but my room was 615, oh my gosh, it was like a guesthouse. The glass and mirrors were dirty, the mattress was very hard, and it smelled bad. Please improve the rooms. The restaurant is not so good, when the AC was off during breakfast, it was really hot for me and the baby. The food tasted so-so, not very appealing. My suggestion is to take a non-breakfast option because breakfast in the Malioboro area is more attractive. The point is, please improve the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.

The glass was dirty, the water jug was dusty, the bathroom handle hadn't been wiped down, and much needed updating. The shower leaked to the front, the sheets were stained, the faucet was rusty, and the safe was dusty. Much needed updating and increased cleanliness.

The staff was very friendly, and access to Malioboro was very close. The downside was that toiletries like towels and soap weren't provided upon arrival. And please ask the staff to be more considerate of other guests' comfort at night, so that guests who are talking or laughing too loudly can be accommodated.

It's close to the station but the room is soundproof so you won't be disturbed by the sound of trains or vehicles on the road, which is great. The downside is that the room lights are dim, especially around the bed. Only the toilet area is bright. During the day, it's very bright because there are windows. The AC isn't cold enough even though it's already 16 degrees Celsius. Overall, it's okay. Thank you.
