Our 3rd floor seaside room was great. Clean, well organized and recently renovated. The hotel staff was pleasant. Didn’t give the hotel an excellent because the mechanicals were iffy. No hot water at peak times and limited climate control in room. Maybe because we arrived just before Opatija gets hot a/c unavailable. But upper rooms warm quickly in sunny Croatia. In general it was a good experience tho

Great staff and a pretty place. The beach, however, is not free even though it says "Domino Hotel." We were sitting at the beach that the hotel gave us towels for when a young gentleman came over and tried to charge 25 euro for our chairs and umbrella. We left the beach and asked at reception why we weren't told it wasn't free (or even discounted). The woman at reception was very nice and explained it is a public beach. The hotel should tell you before you go to the beach that it is not included. Maybe the hotel should work out a deal that at least offers a discount to guests.

Great stay, good location, easy parking, expensive beer. No kettle in room & the little mats which are laid on the room floor are dangerous. The floor is polished wood & the mat has a felt backing so it slides, be careful.

Breakfast room was lovely. Parking extremely tight with steep entry (by American standards), and must be reserved in advance. Staff were extremely helpful.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Breakfast was delightful.

Great property. A little dated rooms but excellent location. Free parking. The food is amazing at their restaurant. Highly recommend.

Staff was very good!! Friendly, we had an early departure so missed the daily breakfast but they provided a sack lunch to take. Thank you

A really lovely hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and looked all the way along the coastline. The room was spotless and very comfortable- the bed was fabulous. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of variety. The service was outstanding and the view was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great price for what was offered.

Excellent location. Professional and friendly staff. Clean rooms and spacious and clean bathrooms.

Some minor issues with shower and hot water that could get fixed, but location and comfort of room was great for the price. Spacious room, well maintained.

It’s was good

Small hotel with sea views and right in the middle of the Lungomare Coastal Promenade so easy to start walk either way. Terrace for food food or drinks was in an excellent position and all staff very friendly. Car park is tight so best if you have small car.
